montagne the mountain pottery rib tool

montagne is shy mountain hoping to grow big and strong so he can be like his cousins, mt. rainier and fuji-san one day (give him a few million years).

over the past year, i've experimented with many techniques and tools to make his form, but nothing was as good as designing and producing my own pottery rib! 

this rib tool is great for all-levels ceramic artists! improve consistency across pieces, cut down on trimming time, and achieve that iconic chunky shape!

while you are absolutely welcome to use this tool to make your own personal montagne and other mountain-shaped ceramic pieces, i kindly ask that you please refrain from replicating and selling my exact montagne design. he is very special to me, and it would mean a lot if you respected that request ♡
